DOGS Horizon Realty Group welcomes most adult dog breeds that meet the criteria herein described. For exact acceptable weight limits and capacity limits, please contact the building’s Property Manager.
Prospective renter/resident agrees to pay the required fees & additional rent:

• Non-refundable dog fee of $400 per dog
• Max weight of 60 lbs combined
• Prospective renter agrees to sign a Pet Rider and enroll in the DNA program with www.pooprints.com

CATS
Prospective renter/resident agrees to pay the required fees & additional rent:

• Non-refundable cat fee of $200 per cat
• A maximum of 2 cats are allowed per apartment
• Cat must be neutered or spayed.
• Prospective renter/resident agrees to sign a pet rider

*Management reserves the right to refuse to rent to applicants whose dog/cat does not meet the properties’ standards or if the property has reached the capacity allowable to accept dogs/cats. Management reserves the right to exclude certain breeds of dog/cat regardless of the weight limit.
